Maison DAUCOURT uses its “Savoir–Faire” and its heritage of a family distilling spirits for three generations. BASTILLE 1789 Whiskies are hand-crafted. The aging process is made in small batches of different varieties of wood cask, including the most luxurious French Limousin oak. The barrels are second used, previously aging some of the finest wines and spirits, bringing their unique characters to BASTILLE 1789 whiskies.
